Being able to minimize the risk of having roof leaks
and further damage to the interior of your building, for example,
damage to ceiling tiles, drywall, paint, carpet, valuable contents
and even employee downtime, unhappy tenants, or temporary relocation
during repairs are some of the things we can help prevent with our
Maintenance Contract.
As a Maintenance Contract customer, you will have
priority status if you do experience a roof leak. You may also be
able to extend the life of your roof by maintaining it, therefore
keeping you dry longer.

Our Maintenance Contract Program includes
the following:
-
100 Point Inspection performed
twice a year
once in the fall to prevent the winter weather from doing
damage
once in the spring to see if the winter weather damaged
the roof
-
Removal
of any loose debris from the roof surface (old AC Units, compressors,
etc. for a fee)
-
Core sample on all roof
surfaces (To determine the level of moisture in the roof if
any)
-
Pictures
of all the current problems and/or potential problems that may
increase the risk of leaks. These will be categorized into three
categories,
- Immediate,
- Recommended, and
- Preventative with pricing to fix the items mentioned.
- Presentaion of all the information gathered, including
the 100 Point Inspection, pictures with descriptions and explanation
of how we are proposing to fix the problem with pricing of the
repairs.
